Contact Center Representative

Associated Credit Union is actively seeking a Contact Center Representative to work at our main office location in Norcross, Georgia. This candidate will provide exceptional service via telephone and internet to our members by engaging them in conversation to unlock their financial needs and offer them appropriate products and services. Individual must be flexible, resilient and be able to multi-task. Candidate must be highly professional in appearance and communication skills. We are seeking energetic, friendly and self-motivated candidates who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members.

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years call center experience (preferable in banking/credit union)
  • Demonstrated sales success is a must
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proficient PC skills required to include Microsoft Outlook
  • Must pass a background criminal history and reference check
  • Candidates must have an acceptable credit rating, which will be verified
