Collector

Associated Credit Union currently has a need for a Collector at our main office in the Norcross, Georgia location. As a Collector, you will work with a team of collectors and clerical staff to ensure effective and timely review and resolution of past due loan accounts, while protecting the Credit Union's assets and financial interest. You will need to identify significant credit risks, execute time sensitive collection efforts, and initiate skip trace efforts.

Skills/Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (bi-lingual a plus)
• Positive attitude
• Minimum of 2 years of consumer collection experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• College degree preferred but may be substituted by extensive related experience
• Familiar with FDCPA
• Proficient with Microsoft suites
• Must be able to work flexible hours and Saturdays as required
