APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Promotional period is August 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015. Promotional interest rate is 1.9% with qualifications. The annual percentage rate is based on the value of an index. The index is the “Prime Rate” published in the Money Rates section of the Wall Street Journal. The annual percentage rate may change on the first day of each calendar quarter. The current non-promotional annual percentage rate as of 08/01/2015 is 4.000%. The maximum annual percentage rate is 18.00% with a floor of 4.00%. Minimum HELOC available balance has to be $10,000 or greater. Offer available to residents within the states of Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee. All loans are subject to credit approval. Associated Credit Union assumes (unless otherwise noted) that: This is your primary residence and is a 1-4 unit property. Debt-to-income ratio is equal to or less than 43%. Subject property must have hazard insurance coverage and if applicable, flood insurance coverage. The minimum loan amount is $10,000 and the maximum loan amount is $100,000.
