System Maintenance, January 15

ACU will be performing system maintenance beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 15. During this time, Online Banking and The Tele Teller will be unavailable. We expect the maintenance to last approximately three hours.

ATM & Check Card PIN Changes

Associated Credit Union is always concerned with the safety of our Members and their funds. Beginning May 20, when a Member calls 1.866.895.7622 to change a PIN on a Visa Check Card or an ATM Card, he will be required to enter the old PIN before the system will allow the change. He will also be required to call from his home phone or the phone he registered with us. If he does not know the old PIN, he can call 770.448.8200, Ext. 2401 and we will be glad to assist. Fraudsters around the country are using skimmers to gain information which could give them access to be able to counterfeit a duplicate card and withdraw funds from accounts. Always check your account in Online Banking to make certain there are no unauthorized transactions.
