Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
The AD&D insurance program from Affinion Group, Inc. provides financial protection to you and your family in the event of an accident causing dismemberment or loss-of-life as a result of a covered injury. Levels of coverage range from $10,000 to $250,000.
For being a valued member of ACU, we will provide you with $2,000 worth of basic AD&D coverage at no cost to you. Just complete the Accident Insurance Enrollment Form available at all ACU locations.

Humana CompBenefits Dental Insurance
ACU provides members with high-quality and affordable dental coverage through Humana CompBenefits.
Humana's C150 coverage features:
- No deductibles
- No annual maximums
- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions
Preventive services are covered at 100% after a $5 office visit co-payment. This plan also provides specialist coverage at a 25% savings, including cosmetic and orthodontic procedures, and allows you to choose from Humana's nationwide network of dental providers. Download an enrollment form here.
Sterling Card
This low-cost service provides Members savings with vision, prescription drug, and chiropractic plans.
Vision Plan
Coast to Coast vision plan has contracted with over 7,500 eye care professionals, including many national chains, to enable members to:
