Online Banking
ACU offers free access to your accounts with Online Banking. To get started, log into Online Banking (located in the upper right corner of our Web site) using your Share Account number and the last four-digits of your Social Security Number as your temporary initial password. You will then be asked to accept our agreement and afterwards prompted to change your password.
Access our Online Help Index if you experience difficulty logging on.
In addition, our Online Banking Demo will help users get started. A pop-up welcome window will appear with further instructions.
beeGreen eStatements
Help us make a positive impact on our environment with beeGreen eStatements. Get your statements fast and secure by using eStatements. Begin using eStatements by enrolling the next time you use Online Banking. Select the eStatement tab and you'll be able to view your statements, tax forms, and the ScoreCard points you're accumulating using your check card.
Secure Support E-mail
Secure Support provides e-mail communication initiated by Members from within Online Banking. You can write a secure e-mail message, view past e-mails sent and received, and manage your inbox. Each e-mail is identified as delivered securely from within an Online Banking session to ensure that confidential information is only shared in secure interactions.
Bill-Pay & Presentment
Bill-Pay & Presentment allows you to receive, view, and manage bills online, as well as schedule single or recurring payments, all from the same online location. Bill-Pay is free when you use eStatements and pay at least one bill per month. Users may pay 30 items monthly at no charge. Subsequent items are $.50 each. Members who are signed up for but have not used Bill-Pay for 60 days will be charged a $5 monthly service charge.
FinanceWorks
The next time you access your accounts online, check out FinanceWorks. It's a free service that combines the best of Quicken with the convenience of Online Banking to help you manage your finances.
Mobile Banking
Use our free Mobile Banking to access your accounts wherever you may be. Cell phones with Web access can log on to Mobile Banking at mobile.acuonline.org. Check balances and rates, transfer funds, pay bills, and locate us, all on your phone.
