When your busy schedule keeps you away, our Online and Mobile Banking Services ensures that you can access and manage your accounts anywhere, anytime.

Online Banking

Log In To Online Banking For The First Time

To log in to Online Banking for the first time, use your share account number as your user name and the last four numbers of your social security number as a password. You will be prompted to change this information once you're logged in.

Bill-Pay & Presentment

Bill-Pay & Presentment allows you to receive, view, and manage bills online, as well as schedule single or recurring payments, all from the same online location. Bill-Pay is free when you pay at least one bill per month. Users may pay 30 items monthly at no charge. Subsequent items are $.50 each. Your first three months after you enroll are free, giving you time to enter your merchant information. Afterwards, just pay one bill per month and it remains free. Otherwise, there is a $5 monthly service charge.

Get Started:

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Select Payment Manager from the menu bar.

eBill Convenience

Electronic bills, also known as "eBills" are a convenient, secure and enviromentally friendly way of delivering many of the bills you pay.

An eBill is an electronic version of a paper bill that you can view and pay online. eBills contain all the same information you're used to seeing in your paper bill. Instead of being delivered to your home mailbox, eBills are delivered to ACU's Online Banking where you can enter the amount, schedule the date you want the bill paid and click to pay. It's that easy and it's free.
You can print or file your bill online for easy record keeping.

To get started, login to Online Banking, click Payment Manager in the navigation bar, and click Set-up eBill.



Go paperless with eStatements and:

  • Reduce your risk of identity theft from statements stolen out of the mail or recycling bin.
  • Access eStatements as far as back as 18 months to help you track your account history.
  • View transactions for your ACU accounts online, securely and conveniently.
  • Download statements to your computer for easy and safe recordkeeping.
  • Eliminate the need to store or shred stacks of paper statements.

Steps to set up eStatements

  • Step 1: Log in to Online Banking
  • Step 2: Select Additional Services
  • Step 3: Click eStatements
  • Step 4: Click on the Accept button at the very end of the disclosure
  • Step 5: Enter your Email Address
  • Step 6: Enter your Cell Phone Carrier (if you choose to receive text alerts when eStatements are available)
  • Step 7: Enter your Cell Phone Number (if you choose to receive text alerts when eStatements are available)
  • Step 8: Under Document Delivery, select All By Electronic
  • Step 9: Click Save
  • Step 10: Enter the validation code ACU and click the Verify Code button

eNotices & eTax Forms

eNotices and eTax Forms are located within the eStatements section in Online Banking. eNotices are electronic versions of notices such as non-sufficient funds, late loan payment, and loan billing notices. eTax Forms are electronic versions of your tax forms. To access eNotices and eTax Forms, login to Online Banking, select Additional Services, and click eStatements.


Mobile Banking

No matter where you are, ACU's Mobile Banking is the fast, easy way to stay connected to ACU when you're on the go! Simply point your web-enabled mobile device to, and you'll have immediate, secure Online Banking access to:

  • Account balances
  • Transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • ATM/branch search
  • And more!

No software is required—usernames, passwords and security prompts are the same as those used for Online Banking. ACU Mobile Banking is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data that passes between the wireless gateway and ACU's web servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

It's convenient, free banking on the go!* To use ACU's Mobile Banking, you must be a Online Banking user and have logged in to the system and accepted the terms and conditions.

Text Banking

Request and receive account information via text message. Great when you want a quick and secure way to access information without having to sign in to Online Banking, Mobile Banking or our App. Text banking is the best option for members without smartphones. If your phone can send and receive texts, it can use Text Banking. It's secure and it's free.

Set-up Text Banking in 3 Easy Steps:

Step 1 – Login to Online Banking and Activate
Login to, select the Text Banking option and select Activate from the menu.

Step 2 - Verify your phone
Enter your cell phone number, and you’ll receive a text message with a unique activation code. Using this code, complete the online verification process, set your preferences and you're done!

Step 3 - Start texting
Send a text message like "BAL" to 454545 and we'll send the response with your balance right back to your phone. It's just like texting a friend!

Popmoney is free when you select the standard 3-day delivery or you can send money to arrive the next day for $4.99.*

Simple to Start!

If you are an ACU Online Banking member, log in to Online Banking, select the Move Money tab, and then click External Transfers. You’re ready…just follow the prompts.

How does Popmoney work?

  • Send money in as little as one business day to your family and friends with only an email address, mobile phone number, or account number.
  • They receive an email or text message to let them know that you have sent them a payment.
  • If they are also enrolled in Popmoney, they can receive the payment into their bank account. Non-Associated Credit Union customers can simply go online to to claim their funds.
  • You receive confirmation of payment by email. That's all there is to it!

Prepare and file your income taxes from within Online Banking, thanks to TurboTax’s basic service. Turbo Tax automatically inputs your ACU account information. Select TurboTax from the menu bar within Online Banking to get started.

Secure Support E-mail

Secure Support provides e-mail communication initiated by Members from within Online Banking. You can write a secure e-mail message, view past e-mails sent and received, and manage your inbox. Each e-mail is identified as delivered securely from within an Online Banking session to ensure that confidential information is only shared in secure interactions.

Simply sign on to Online Banking and select Secure Support.

EZDeposit & Mobile EZDeposit

With EZDeposit, making deposits has never been faster, easier, or more convenient. Use EZDeposit to deposit checks and make payments to your account anytime, anywhere by scanning and submitting through Online Banking. Mobile EZDeposit is also available in our Apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphones.

Once approved, funds are posted to your account. The maximum deposit limit per day is $5,000. To ensure that your records remain accurate, ACU recommends printing a receipt and retaining deposit documents for up to 120 days.

All items deposited digitally, whether thru our mobile app or EZDeposit, must bear the restrictive endorsement “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY” in order to be processed.

In order to qualify for EZDeposit, members must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be enrolled in Online Banking
  • Have an active ACU checking account
  • Have maintained a relationship with ACU for at least 90 days
  • Be in good standing with ACU (i.e. no negative balances, no late payments on ACU Loans, not had an ACU Loan written off, etc.)
  • Not had a non-sufficient fund (NSF) fee applied to their account within the past 12 months 
  • Adhere to the EZDeposit Terms of Agreement, dependent on service choice.

To use EZDeposit:

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Go to Additional Services in the menu
  • Go to EZDeposit under the Online Services submenu
